Residents of Castle View are losing patience with the dispute between the Borough Council and Redrow who developed the site.
The play area has been a focus for anti-social behaviour and the developers are not maintaining it properly. Volunteer litter pickers –Annabelle and Lette have been emptying the litter bins and keeping it tidy but the owners of the site should be doing this.
The Council are refusing to adopt the site. The owners are saying they will not carry out work that the Council wants them to do and therefore, will not hand over the site.
